Safe and Responsible Gaming Platform

09ber Responsible Gaming — Keep the Fun Safe

09ber believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. Use our tools and guidelines to stay in control of your play and keep things healthy.

Why is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online gaming is a source of entertainment and excitement for many people. However, some individuals face the risk of losing control, which can have a negative impact on their personal, family and financial lives. At 09ber we firmly believe that responsible gaming is a fundamental right and a core value of our platform.

Our responsible gaming policy gives you the ability to set limits, take breaks and seek help when needed. We want you to always see gaming as entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems. Remember, gaming is for people aged 21 and over only.

09ber is continuously improving its safety measures. Our support team is with you in Bengali 24/7 — feel free to reach out with any concern.

Our Safety Tools

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Time-Out Feature

If you want a temporary break, set a time-out of 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account — take a moment to clear your head.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, use self-exclusion. Your account can be fully closed for a period of 3 months or permanently. The process is irreversible.

Session Reminder

Turn on session time reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing. After a set period the system will suggest you take a break.

Loss Limit

Set a maximum daily or weekly loss limit. When the limit is reached your session will end automatically — avoid excessive losses.

24/7 Support

If you have any concerns about your gaming, speak directly with our Bengali-speaking support team. Help is available at any time via live chat.

Betting with borrowed or loaned money

Behavioural Warning Signs

Being unable or finding it difficult to stop gaming

5 Steps to Safe Gaming

Set a Budget

Decide how much you can spend before you start gaming. Use the deposit limit tool to set a limit on your account.

Set a Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Keep session reminders on so you do not go over your time.

See It as Entertainment

Do not think of gaming as a source of income. If you make a loss, avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover it.

Take Regular Breaks

Instead of long sessions, take regular breaks. Use the time-out feature when needed — a few days away keeps the mind fresh.

Do Not Hesitate to Seek Help

If you feel you are losing control of your gaming, contact 09ber support or ask your family for help right away.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

After logging in to your 09ber account, go to Account Settings and click on the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find options to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period. Contact us on live chat for further assistance.

Self-exclusion can be set for a period of your choice: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the chosen period ends — this is intentionally strict so you can take a genuine break. In the case of permanent self-exclusion, account recovery is not possible.

A time-out is a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days — your account reopens automatically when the period ends. Self-exclusion is a long-term or permanent closure — it cannot be reversed. If you only want a few days away, a time-out is enough; but if you have serious concerns about your gaming, choose self-exclusion.

No. 09ber is strictly for people aged 21 and over. Age is verified at registration, and additional verification may be requested in suspicious cases. Creating an account using a minor's details is completely against 09ber's policy, and any such account will be closed.

No, deposit limits apply across the board regardless of payment method. Whether you use bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, your set daily or weekly limit applies to your total deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳300 for each method.
