1 General Information and Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 09ber platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the 09ber website and mobile application or creating an account, you give your full consent to these Terms.

09ber operates in the Bangladesh market as a platform for online gaming, cricket betting, live casino, and slot games. All our services are offered with Bangladeshi users in mind.

These Terms are written and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback is calculated every week and added to your account automatically. Your account must be active to receive cashback.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the 09ber platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We follow a fair play policy and no interference is made in game results.

6.1 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules — please read the game instructions before you start playing.
• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical issue, the bets for that round may be voided.
• If there is any dispute over a game result, the final decision will be made by reviewing the log files.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Colluding with other members to cheat.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving improperly towards other members.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Refunds

09ber reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If the member does not cooperate with account verification.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact the support team via live chat or email. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

8.2 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any earned bonuses will be forfeited. However, the actual deposited funds may be refundable — this decision will be made at 09ber's discretion.

11 Service Changes and Termination

09ber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. This includes:
